This Mindset & strategy is for all types of entrepreneurs, business owners, or marketers. Young and old, experienced and inexperienced. From Subscription businesses to SaaS, e-commerce, info products, consulting services or apps… If you are just starting out or if you’re looking to scale… the format, the info, and the resources that we’ve put together can be applied to pretty much every online business.

The biggest problem with businesses is that they don’t have enough customers. If you don’t have customers then you don’t have security or stability in the business. Money, time, and energy is wasted without results and that puts people out of business.

Marketing Makes You Money:

Marketing has the ability to transform your business. It can take you from where you currently are to the next level. Other expenses in your business rarely make you money… but marketing will get you a return. It should, therefore, be the main investment in your business that ‘makes you money’. But, you need a clear system in place that will generate big returns, and this strategy is going to help you do just that.

Growth is possible, And it’s for everyone.

I put a disclaimer on the landing page for this course to make sure those who aren’t serious about making a change, didn’t purchase the strategy. The reason for that is that growth isn’t easy. It’s not what the ‘gurus’ tell you. It doesn’t happen overnight. Hard work is required. And, to be able to put in the hard work and make a success out of yourself, you need the right mindset.

So is this for you?

If you’re thinking you’re not technical, you’re not an engineer, you don’t have a team, etc… You can do it! You don’t need engineers or developers. You don’t need marketing experience. You don’t need a degree. You can growth hack products and revenues without all of those things.

You just need the mindset to succeed! You need to be willing to grow and need to have an open mind to go through this strategy as a hungry, passionate entrepreneur or marketer. Have a willingness and commitment to learning in order to master marketing and growth…

Marketing is the most important thing we can do for our business success, our customers and our financial future. But, things change on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Purchasing decisions, algorithms, new products, and trends. You need to be on top of things. You need to continuously test the funnels. Even the ones that work! This commitment, open-mindedness to new ideas, and the resilience to implement the strategy is what will take you to the next level.

We all have hunches, visions, and intuition about what should work, but ultimately, none of us can read the future so the main mindset for success is to ‘Try It’… try what you think will work, then measure the results. That’s the principals and methodologies of the ‘Build-Measure-Learn’ feedback loop that Eric Reiss and the whole startup world live by. The same philosophies that drive the biggest companies in the world.

Of course, you need to be creative, intuitive, and passionate about what you do, but ultimately, growth comes down to a science. You’ll need to use the strategy to implement tests and receive the data back to find out what works and what doesn’t. And then, you learn from it and repeat the process. Growth is a Process, not a one-time thing:

As we’ve mentioned above with the ‘build, measure, learn loop‘… Growth is an ongoing process. You don’t just do it once. Everything is a test. After setting up and implementing a strategy, you need to then constantly analyze and learn before testing a new process.

You‘ll find tests often won’t work. But this process allows you to identify what does work, and what can then be used over and over again as a profitable formula for growth. The cost of learning, therefore, is invaluable! So invest in this mindset and process! It‘s a requirement! If you have this mindset, go through the strategy and implement the tactics, you will learn what works and you will grow.

Scan First… Then Read… Then Take Action

As you‘ll see from the contents, the strategy is comprehensive. Our suggestion is that your first step should be to scan through each section to get an idea of what‘s ahead.

If you are a newbie to the marketing world, don‘t get bombarded by each section. Get a general understanding of what you‘ll be looking at. Then, set time aside to go through each section, one at a time.

If you are more experienced and are using this as a resource bank, you‘ll likely want to jump straight to certain sections and resources from the start. We say go for it. But remember that all of the sections within the strategy are dependent on each other. So go back to them as they‘ll add massive value!

Document…

In both cases, create a Google Document to note down your answers to the trigger questions that we use and for the research that you‘ll be doing on competitors, etc. It will save you from repeating processes, and it will provide you with a valuable document of content and information specific for your own business.
